The audio technology company d&b group is reorganizing its leadership: Effective January 1, 2026, Amnon Harman will step down as Chief Executive Officer after more than 11 years, handing over the role to Jaakko Kaivonen, the current Chief Revenue Officer. This carefully prepared transition ensures continuity while setting the course for d&b’s next phase of growth.

d&b announces the appointment of Jocelyne Bückner as new Vice President of Marketing. She will lead the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth and expansion.
